Although we take every effort for your transaction to be as streamlined as possible, internet sales sometimes result in a return/refund for any number of reasons. All unopened/unused products can be returned for a refund only within the first 21 days after receiving shipment. The cost associated with shipping the product and a 15% restocking fee may be deducted at time of refund. In cases of manufacturers defect or if a product is damaged during shipping, then the item can be returned (restocking fee waived), and a replacement product will be shipped out immediately upon request, by us, of said product. Shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the full responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
